Richard P. Spence
Managing Attorney
Richard founded the Spence Law Firm in 2012. He’s a native of Virginia, but has lived in Florida since 1992. He’s a single father to his two children and an ardent football fan, favoring the UCF Knights and UF Gators!
Attorney Richard P. Spence graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1995 with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Business Administration. He then graduated from the University of Florida College of Law, with Honors, in 1999 where he also served as Research Editor on the Florida Law Review.
Since 2000, Richard has been a member of the Florida Bar, where his practice has focused on civil and family law. Richard is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Seminole County Bar Association.
In his spare time, Richard enjoys reading, the outdoors, the beach, and spending time with his children Ethan and Alexandra.
