On November 6, 2019 and after a nine-day jury trial in Miami, Florida, KipuHealth won a judgment for $19.5 Million against ZenCharts, for breach of contract and unfair competition. Epic Games, maker of the ultra-popular online video game “Fortnite” is suing a former employee for breach of his non-disclosure agreement. The former employee had access to the inner workings of the Fortnite design team.

Update: Woody Allen and Amazon have settled their lawsuit as of November 10, 2019. Although the terms of settlement are confidential, one involved person remarked that there were no winners in the settlement.

Are you ready to rumble? It’s a battle between heavyweights Hertz Corporation and Accenture, LLP. At the end of April 2019 Hertz sued Accenture in the Southern District of New York for claims that Accenture breached the parties’ contract by failing to deliver a functional website or mobile app.
